WDC offers reward after pregnant dolphin is shot dead

WDC is offering a $2500 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of those responsible for the death of a protected bottlenose dolphin in the seas around Florida, USA. US law enforcement authorities are looking into the incident after the pregnant dolphin was discovered on Miramar Beach in the panhandle area of Florida. It has since been revealed that the dolphin died of a gunshot wound and was within weeks of giving birth.
