It's All Gone Quiet Again 2…

Hi Everyone,

We are nearly into October and as expected the dolphin activity around Kessock and Chanonry has dropped away to almost nothing. There are still Herring and Mackerel about but those fish shoals are moving back out to sea again, out of sight of most people along the coast and the dolphins are following them. It’s time for me to switch to “winter mode” and do observations along the coast to catch a glimpse of any dolphins that might be travelling through the area – weather depending of course (this last week has been really rubbish weather) and hopefully getting any photographs that I can.
