Dolphins, Dolphins Everywhere…

Hi Everyone,

Apologies for the dearth of posts this last week – I’ve been battling a heavy cold and it’s only lifting now and I can get out and about again properly. There would appear to be dolphins all over the place at present – I’ve only been round to Chanonry once and there were dolphins out in the distance but we have had dolphins coming into the Kessock Channel like yesterday where Mischief, Kesslet and (after checking the rubbish photos) Moonlight and her son plus a few others with some tiny babies came for a visit. They were everywhere, some out with a tour boat beyond the Kessock Bridge, like in the photo below and some right up near the village but the light was horrible, glarey blue and made things difficult to focus on.

Sitting under the Kessock Bridge taking photos I could see Chanonry Point with all the cars in the car park and even people on the beach – the weird light making far away things look closer than they were and close up thing look far away…

Best Wishes,

Charlie.
